     I'm Madison. Mama of five sweet little boys and owner of Snuggle Fluff Cloth Co. I am so glad you found me in this little corner of the Internet.

     In my opinion motherhood is the coolest club to belong to, but it's not without its challenges! One of the challenges I've had was finding diapers to put on my sensitive baby that wouldn't give him a rash.

     After spending a lot of money on more expensive but chemical free disposable brands, I finally discovered cloth diapers. And it was great! Until it wasn't. I stopped and started cloth diapering over and over again, and struggled with figuring out a wash routine, and types and materials of diapers and inserts that actually WORKED.

     It wasn't until my fifth baby that I finally was able to successfully and exclusively cloth diaper. And after falling in love with doing so, I created Snuggle Fluff in the hopes that it becomes not just a brand of quality cloth diapers, but a community. A community of mamas helping mamas, by offering advice and encouragement with diapers and beyond.

     So if you haven't joined our Facebook VIP group yet I hope that you do. I can't wait to meet and connect with you there! I'm looking forward to talking with you about diapers, motherhood, and so much more.

General Questions

Do You Offer Returns?

Snuggle Fluff Cloth Co. has a 15  day return policy. This means you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order by contacting me via email at snugglefluffcloth@gmail.com. Items sent back to me without first requesting return will not be accepted.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method, or offered store credit. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 7-10 business days is normal depending on your bank or payment method.

Exceptions / non-returnable items  

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, washed/used diapers and inserts.

Do You Accept Cancellations On Orders?

If your order has not yet shipped you may request a cancellation via email.  
I do not accept cancellations on Preorders. You can request a return (if conditions are met) once your preorder has shipped to you.

Can I purchase Pre-order and In-Stock items together?

If you purchase "Preorder" and "In-Stock" items together, your entire order will not be shipped until the preorder items are physically present. In order to receive your in-stock items sooner, please purchase them separately.  

If you mix different preorder collections together with different ETA dates at the same time, all items will not be shipped until the latest ETA pre-order has arrived.

To ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, please be sure to order separately.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email with tracking, please contact me via email with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Pre-order Information

How do Pre-Orders work?

New collections currently operate on a pre-order basis. When the pre-order window opens, mockup images of the diapers will be shown to you and you will be able to purchase. When the pre-order window closes, I will then place an order with the manufacturer. When I receive the products from the manufacturer, they will be closely examined for quality control and then packed and shipped to you. Any extras will be added to the website for in-stock purchases. As a token of my appreciation a little gift will be added to all pre-order packages relating to the collection theme.
